Thousand flavors fingers crispy

These are some sweets – cookies that you can serve accompanied by a custard or vanilla ice cream ,
but also with tea or milk and coffee for breakfast ,
in an airtight container will keep for up to 4 days … try it!

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 225g of flour

- 125g of rice flour

- 175g of sugar

- 225g cold butter into small cubes

- 350g of dried fruits including almonds , pine nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios , chopped

- 50g of chocolate chips

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

- Preheat the oven to 170 ° ,
Mix the two flours  and sugar incorporating the butter ,
rubbing it with your fingertips until it will form a homogeneous smooth  ,
at this point, divide the dough in two ,
line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put half of the dough and press it down well so that  forms a biscuit base on the bottom of the pan.
In the other half of the dough stir in the dried fruit and chocolate chips ,
mix well , leave aside a handful of dried fruit and chocolate ,
Now put the mixture on the basis of previously spread on the baking sheet so that it forms a second layer , sprinkle with fruit and chocolate, set aside .

Bake for about 30 minutes at 170 °

Plum cake surprise

Welcome back , having available the rice flour and even a fresh  and fragrant pineapple
I tried to make a plum cake with pineapple filling precisely ,
the result was incredible because the candy has a texture soft and delicate,
excellent  with tea but also for breakfast …

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

- 200g of rice flour

180g of butter

- 120g of sugar

- 3 eggs

- One sachet of baking powder

- A pinch of salt

- The grated rind of one lemon

Milk – qb

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

- Work the butter with the sugar until creamy and fluffy,
add the eggs , the flour with the baking powder, salt
and a little drop of milk to make the dough slightly soft

- Line a cake tin with baking paper soaked and squeezed
and arrange slices of pineapple in such a way that when you cut a slice there will be a fresh surprise

Cookies rice flour flavored with lemon and pineapple

It was a long time since I wanted to try using rice flour to make some cookies and so strolling through the web,
I found  a lot of recipes , so  I made these cookies flavored with lemon and pineapple delicious !

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 175 g of rice flour

- Grated lemon peel

- A pinch of yeast (4, about 5 g )

- An egg

- A teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 70g of butter

- 70g of sugar

- Two tablespoons of pineapple juice

- If you wish, you can also put small pieces of fresh pineapple

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

Work together butter and sugar , add egg , vanilla , flour , baking powder, lemon zest and juice of pineapple
(ATTENTION because the dough should be type pastry) form a ball and place it to rest in the fridge for about
half an hour

On a lightly floured surface , roll out the dough and make the molds of cookies , put them on parchment
paper and put to bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes at 180°

Et voila … biscuits light , light for all hours !
