Having friends for lunch or dinner is always a great pleasure …
I would like to offer a quick idea,
scenically very pretty,
and absolutely delicious.
We make a series of skewers, giving free rein to our imagination
combining our favorite flavors.
To make the presentation even more
spectacular, used as basis for the skewers
a giant buffalo mozzarella.
Success guaranteed.
Recommended wine:
A wonderful Prosecco Valdobbiadene
Superiore DOCG,
a velvety wine, aromatic, perfect for an aperitif.
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
The buffalo mozzarella
- Cherry or plum tomatoes
-Mozzarelline
Sweet provolone and smoked cheese
-Fontina
- Tuna
-Maionese
-Olives Black olives
-Wurstel
-Mortadella
-Salame Milan
-Mini Milk rolls
-Some Leaf of iceberg lettuce
-uva White
PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR, BEGIN!
For some skewers I boiled hot dogs,
I stripped them and I have alternated them with provolone and smoked sweet
and black olives.
For others I did a light mayonnaise with 3 parts of vegetable oil peanut
and a part of soy milk by mounting it with the blender,
very light and fast,
remember to add a pinch of salt and white pepper,
this compound have united to form a tuna cream
I smeared on bits of mini milk rolls,
I alternated with halved cherry tomatoes
and I closed the skewer with other bread.
Another series of kebabs made with salami
alternating with mini toasted crostini and provolone,
the alternative can be made with cooked ham or raw.
I prepared skewers alternating a white grape with a cube of fontina …
And so on, giving space to your fantasy!
Et voila … the aperitif!
