this one … Queen:
the artichoke omelette!
Today I wanted to cook it in the oven without oil,
came out a pie appetizing and light!
Recommended wine:
Fontanacandida Frascati Superiore,
a full wine soft and fresh,
a combination guessed with a simple dish like
omelette.
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
-4 Whole eggs plus two egg whites
-3 Artichokes
-1 Clove garlic
-1 Lemon
-Oil Ages 1 teaspoon
-Salt and pepper to taste
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
Clean the artichokes
and put them in water acidulated with lemon,
for about 20 minutes;
this operation
serve to prevent the artichokes from blackening after clean.
Cut into slices and cook them now
in a pan with a little oil and a clove
of garlic, salt.
Preheat the oven to 180 °,
beat eggs and egg whites with a pinch of salt,
add the artichokes and place in a
baking pan of 18-20 cm. diameter.
cook about 20 minutes …
Et voila … the queen of light omelets!
