An idea  delicious for spring …
strawberries are wonderful if then accompany with
Nutella become irresistible,

And now … LIGHT THE  FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-250g Mascarpone

-250g Of eggs

-250g Flour

-250g Sugar

-1 Vanilla bean

-1 Pinch of salt

-1 Teaspoon baking powder

- Nutella to taste

- 1/2 basket of strawberries

PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Work with the whisk, the mascarpone and sugar
you will get until the mixture is soft, add the
vanilla seeds,
the yolks, flour and baking powder.
Add the egg whites.
Pour some of the mixture into a loaf pan,
add the strawberries
that you have previously dipped in Nutella
and allowed to rest in the freezer for about 1 hour,
cover with the rest of the dough and
cook in oven at
170 ° for about 40 – 45 minutes.
