Swordfish with Mediterranean flavors

The swordfish
simply grilled
and seasoned with a mix of olive oil, salt, parsley and lemon
leads the mind to summer, the sun and the sea,
Today I present to you a   luscious  version recipe.

And now …LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

- 500g swordfish

-A clove of garlic

-A dozen plum tomatoes

Some caper-

-A generous handful of black olives

- 30g of pine nuts

-Rehydrated raisins to taste

-A bunch of parsley

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

In a frying pan toast the pine nuts and set aside.
Put a little olive oil and a clove of garlic,
At this point add the chopped tomatoes
as soon as they are softened, put the swordfish steaks.
simmer gently adding black olives and capers,
at the end of cooking, add the pine nuts and raisins.
You can serve it with the grilled peppers in the oven.
