A special idea for an  crunchy appetizer ?
The South American cuisine comes
to help us with these triangles of flour
corn that are usually fried,
I tried to cook them in the oven and I must say they’re
absolutely tantalizing.
You can enjoy them according to your preferences,
with cheese, with the hot sauces …
Lovers of salty … go together to the kitchen to prepare them!

Recommended wine:
Ferrari well chilled,
uncork it … and here
magic, thousands of bubbles chase
illuminating it in the cup of golden hues.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-150g White flour corn

-150 Ml of warm water

-1 Pinch of salt

-1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

-1 Pinch of sweet paprika

PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Mix the corn flour white
in a bowl with salt and paprika,
pour the warm water several times
while continuing to stir,
until you get a smooth dough,
let stand a few minutes, then take a piece at a time and roll it out with
rolling pin , form a small thin sheet that divide in
eight triangles.
Proceed until all the dough.
Nachos resting on a sheet of baking paper,
brush them with oil,
bake at 180 degrees until they’ll be golden brown,
it will take about 8 minutes.
