Muffin with cheese and pears

We have prepared these fluffy muffins,
every bite a surprise for the palate,
pieces of pear, almonds that blend with the delicacy of ricotta cheese …
the preparation is quick … an excellent result!

Recommended wine:
Serious Sauvignon del Friuli, wine taste dry, harmonious and lively.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-130g Flour

- 100g ricotta

- 1 tablespoon of mascarpone

-60g Almonds

-30g Grated Parmesan cheese

-2 Pears Abbot

-2 eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon of baking pies

-50 Ml. extra virgin olive oil

-Salt and pepper to taste

-A Handful of pine nuts to decorate

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Wash and peel the pears, cut them in slices,
chopped almonds in a bowl, beat the eggs,
add the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Add at this point, Parmesan cheese, chopped almonds, olive oil and
the cream cheese and mascarpone that you will shake  with a pear cut into slices.
Fill the pirottine  with the mixture, garnish the surface with a few pieces of pear and a few pine nuts.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
