Saturn pêche mousse light

The saturn peach,
also called flat peach
It is a white peach notes
to be of much higher quality
to  the most popular peaches spherical,
against which it has a sugar content much more high.
It has a soft pulp and very fragrant.
I wanted to experience this light mousse,
using the vegetable cream and stevia as a sweetener.
The result was wonderful,
the mousse is light, soft and absolutely delicious.

People of gluttons who are on a diet … let’s go to the kitchen to prepare it immediately!

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-6 Peaches snuff

-200 G of vegetable cream

-2 Egg yolks

-3 Tablespoons stevia

-5 G of gelatin sheets

-100g Of milk

PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Puree peaches, add milk and bring to a boil.
Let cool, meanwhile, put the gelatin in cold water to rehydrate,
in a bowl whip the egg yolks with stevia,
add milk with peaches, put on fire
and bring to 80 °,
At this point, add the gelatine after having squeezed,
stir and let cool.
Whip the cream and add to vegetable mixture,
refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
