Mini pandorini

SONY DSC

From the transmission “Dolci dopo il Tg”, an easy recipe for Anna Moroni, mini pandoro
fluffy, soft, with a chocolate filling;
for the sweet tooth, if desired, instead of putting the icing sugar can
cover them with a chocolate ganache that will make them unforgettable.
With regard to the origins of this typical Christmas sweet, theses are manifold:
there who would do it back to the times of Virgil citing a sweet
similarly called Libum, others speak of the ’500 Venetian, when the tables of the nobility,
was offered and flaunted a sweet conical covered with gold leaf,
called “Pan de Oro”.
We say that the most popular argument is one that sees the birth of
this cake at the Royal house of Habsburg, where they produced the bread of Vienna,
whose processing techniques are still in use today for the preparation of Pandoro.
But the 800 is that the  preparation is refined, and this happens
right by us, in Italy and more precisely in the beautiful Verona.
But then after all …
what are the origins not matter in front of the wonder of its flavor!

Recommended wine:

Donnafugata Ben Ryè Passito di Pantelleria,
nectar from the considerable complexity
resulting from the merger between sweetness, flavor and softness.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

After buttered molds,
fill them in half, put the chocolate into small pieces and the other dough to cover.
(Not too much because it could transship).
