A summer whim of great taste,
potatoes and crispy zucchini which are combined with the
softness of taleggio … a winning combination!
A good cold glass of Verdicchio di Matellica
will complete the work!
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
ingredients:
- 2 -3 medium potatoes
- 2-3- zucchini
-120g Taleggio
- Oil and salt to taste
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them on a sheet of baking paper after being salted,
add a little olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes.
In a frying pan with a little oil cook the zucchini cut to
the direction of the length.
Now consist of mini puff pastry alternating a slice of potato, a slice of zucchini and taleggio,
stop the puff pastry with a skewer and bake just long enough to melt the taleggio.
Et voila … a winning combination!
