INGREDIENTS:

-100g Cocoa

-250g Sugar

-8 yolks

-35g Of potato starch

-160g Sugar

-600g Of milk

-Vanillina

-6 Handfuls of puffed rice

-100g Almond flour

Prepare the pastry:

sift the flour with cocoa,
add the sugar and 1/2 vanilla bean.

Pour the mixture and put in oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
