The dish is an alternative to the rice salad,
light because I used brown rice,
nothing prevents youto prepare it with a parboiled rice
but also the black rice varieties in full is not bad and can give
one dish “zing” more.
The fresh fish of course …. (from my fishmonger of confidence “Capo d’Anzio in Rome ).
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
-400g of organic brown rice
-300g squids
- 500g of mussels
500g clams
-4 prawns
- Extra virgin olive oil
lemon-
-A bunch of parsley
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS BEGIN!
After boiled rice, pass it under cold water, then lay it on a cloth to spread it well,
to lose the watery part.
Meanwhile, put the mussels in a pan on the stove and let them open,
for the clams after that you will have about an hour to put it in a bowl with water and salt.
At this point, after you have cleaned and cut squids and prawns,
, Boil for about 4-5 minutes, drain.
Add the fish mussels and clams with rice and dress with a mix of olive oil, salt and plenty of parsley.
Et voila … light!
