Walt Disney’s classic, a film that never tires,
light and fun.
Animated film of 1970, tells the story of a family of aristocratic cats
composed of mother Duchess and her kittens Minou, Matisse, Bizet,
intended to be the heirs of their mistress,
but the butler Edgar aims legacy and try to eliminate them by bringing them in a suburb of Paris,
but  he will be put to flight by two ferocious dogs.
Left alone, the Duchess with her three kittens, meet a Roman cat with a heart of gold, Romeo,
who will undertake to bring them back from their mistress Madame Adelaide.
Returning from Madame will find many difficulties to eliminate the evil Edgar, but with the help
of all fellow adventurers met on the street, they will come to a happy ending.
A kaleidoscope of fun and good music,
a fantastic mix of characters, from the austere Duchess,
the wonderful “romanaccio” Romeo
full of irony and freedom, joy of life and light weight.

LA CREME DE LA CREME A LA EDGAR

INGREDIENTS:

-250ml Cream

120ml milk

-4 Tablespoons sugar

-! 74 teaspoon cinnamon

-1 / 4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

-1 Pinch of salt

-1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

-1 Teaspoon of potato starch

-60 Ml of cold milk

In a saucepan put the cream, milk and sugar.
add cinnamon, nutmeg and salt
stirring and bring to a boil,
if the cream becomes too liquid,
add the potato starch and a little bit of cold milk.
