Rice pancakes

Dish of the Roman tradition, excellent hot and cold,
these pancakes are like cherries … one leads to another …
Rome usually represent one street food on the day of St. Joseph in the district Trionfale,
whose saint is patron , in fact, is called “St. Joseph frittellaro”
their scent brings me back to childhood,
when I went to visit my maternal grandmother who lived in that neighborhood and
March 19 brought me around the stalls and I just bought a pancake fried sugar-coated …
… priceless memories and a kiss to my grandmother Rosa.
