the sumptuousness of buffalo mozzarella,
meets a mix of flavors,
the sweetness of the corn flavor of the tomatoes,
Tuna is the setting along with a good
basil oil!

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-1 Buffalo mozzarella

-10 Plum tomatoes

-1 Sprig of fresh basil

-A Generous handful of pitted black olives

-A Few tablespoons of corn

- 90g of tuna belly

-Oil Ages qb

PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

After removing the cover with mozzarella,
dig it gently,
the part which must be removed, and cut into cubes
place in a bowl with tuna,
tomatoes, corn,
season with n lio fragrant basil,
filled the cup of mozzarella and … good summer!
