I found this recipe in a newspaper and I immediately wanted to try it r …
result truly amazing!
It Is between a kind of dumplings
Roman stuffed with shrimp,
particularly tasty is the fondue of growth.

 Recommended wine:
Grechetto Umbria IGT Antignano,
a white delicate, fruity, slightly sparkling,
that goes well with fish dishes.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-750cl Milk

-200g Semolina

100g butter

-2 Yolks

-10 Prawns

-100g Of growth

-Parmigiano Grated qb

-salt And pepper

-Scaglie Parmesan

-1 Lemon

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

In a saucepan, heat the milk,
add the butter, a pinch of salt,
and pepper, pour  in the semolina
stirring constantly,
finish the cooking until it will thicken.
let cool, stir in the Parmesan,
the yolks and half of the chopped prawns.
Spread the mixture with a pastry rings
Round drawn many disks you will put in
a baking dish, sprinkle
with Parmesan.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown.
Melt the crscenza in a water bath.
Arrange the dumplings on plate
