Simple recipe
for a donut to enjoy a great breakfast, snack, tea with friends.
Recipe by grandmother Ines, yesterday when I prepared it the scent catapulted me for a moment in the kitchen of Viale medaglie d’oro,
grandmother smiling, intent to mix all the ingredients, fragrances mixed in the air, lemon, vanilla,
ethereal touches, a little flour is flying … and I girl … happy to be with her …
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
300g ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 100g of corn flour
-100g Flour 00
- 100g of rice flour
300g of sugar
-1 Tablespoon baking powder
-1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- The rind of a lemon grated
-Sugar Icing
-Cioccolato
-Desiccated coconut
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
Work with a whisk the ricotta and sugar, add egg, lemon zest, vanilla,
the yeast and the three Sift flour, continue to work until you get a swollen dough .
Grease and flour a cake pan for the donut, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, chocolate chips and coconut.
Et voila … my donut!
