 These cookies
scented with orange and streaked with chocolate are
very easy to prepare,
wonderful to enjoy with a cup of white tea Shou Mei,
that is pleasant to drink  but it is also good for health because it is rich in antioxidants.

And now …. LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-350g Flour

-2 Teaspoons of baking powder

-175g Soft butter

-150g Sugar

- A few drops of vanilla extract

-The Juice of two oranges untreated
-4 Tablespoons of cocoa

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

With a food processor, mix the flour, baking powder, butter and sugar,
until mixture is grainy.
Add the vanilla extract and the orange juice
then start again the robot until the mixture is smooth.
Divide the mixture into two parts,
one of these, add the cocoa and mix by hand;
on a floured work surface, roll out the two bodies forming two rectangles of about 23×38 cm.
lying on the other a rectangle, then roll them up tight.
Wrap the roll with plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cut the dough into disks that put a distance of 2 cm. one from the other.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
These cookies in an airtight container are maintained up to 5 days.
