SONY DSC

They are delicious cookies,
originating from Middle East and Eastern Europe,
a buttery pastry with a delicate taste of almonds.
Excellent alone, but also accompanied with a black tea
or with a dessert of fresh fruit or a mousse.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-250g Flour

-180g Ground almonds

-50g Icing sugar

-180g Of butter into small pieces

-1 Egg yolk

-1 Tablespoon milk

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Preheat oven to 150 °,
Pour the flour, ground almonds and icing sugar in the bowl
the food processor, turn on for a few seconds,
now add the butter, egg yolk and milk
and operate the robot in small increments until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Take small pieces of dough, and helping with the molds,
create biscuits that you are going to lay the baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
Sift a thin layer of icing sugar on a plate,
adjourn the biscuits and sprinkle generously with the remaining icing sugar.
If desired, you can prepare a chocolate icing that you will pour over the cookies.
For the glaze: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave,
Put 125ml of cream in a small saucepan and bring to a boil,
soon as it boils remove from heat and pour into blender container,
add 37g of glucose or honey,
150g of the previously melted chocolate and 20 g of butter.
use the blender for about 2 minutes.
