These are some sweets – cookies that you can serve accompanied by a custard or vanilla ice cream ,
but also with tea or milk and coffee for breakfast ,
in an airtight container will keep for up to 4 days … try it!

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 225g of flour

- 125g of rice flour

- 175g of sugar

- 225g cold butter into small cubes

- 350g of dried fruits including almonds , pine nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios , chopped

- 50g of chocolate chips

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

- Preheat the oven to 170 ° ,
Mix the two flours  and sugar incorporating the butter ,
rubbing it with your fingertips until it will form a homogeneous smooth  ,
at this point, divide the dough in two ,
line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put half of the dough and press it down well so that  forms a biscuit base on the bottom of the pan.
In the other half of the dough stir in the dried fruit and chocolate chips ,
mix well , leave aside a handful of dried fruit and chocolate ,
Now put the mixture on the basis of previously spread on the baking sheet so that it forms a second layer , sprinkle with fruit and chocolate, set aside .

Bake for about 30 minutes at 170 °
