250 are the grams of the various ingredients, in fact the
doses are always eggs 250g, 250g mascarpone 250g flour etc.
With this recipe you will get a very special cake, great for breakfast, snack,
or for times when you want to take that trick suddenly.
A good tea to accompany this plum is
Bai Hao Yin zhen 2014
a white tea really refined.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-250g Mascarpone

-250g Of eggs

-250g Flour

-250g Sugar

-1 Vanilla bean

-1 Pinch of salt

-1 Teaspoon baking powder

-90g Of dark chocolate

-30g Chopped hazelnuts

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
