Ingredienti per la torta cookie
2 uova intere
120 gr. di burro
120 gr. di zucchero
300 gr. di farina
1/2 bustina di lievito x dolci
1 bustina di vanillina o bacca di vaniglia
1 pizzico di sale
Nutella q.b.
100 gr di cioccolato fondente
20 gr. di farina
Procedimento
In una ciotola montate il burro con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una crema, aggiungete 1 uovo alla volta .Incorporate la farina la vaniglia e il lievito setacciati il sale e lavorate per far compattare l’impasto .
L’impasto risulta molto morbido, per cui infarinate le mani e stendete 3/4 in una tortiera imburrata e infarinata da 24 cm.fate pressione e coprite tutta la teglia facendo anche un po’ di bordo tutt’intorno .Coprite con la nutella sciolta al micronde la base di frolla ,all’impasto rimasto nella ciotola aggiungete i 20 gr di farina e fate delle briciole grossolane;con queste coprite la nutella cercando di coprirla bene .Stiamo quasi per completare la torta cookie, ora manca solo la cioccolata fondente;tagliate a mano o tritate a pezzi grossolani con un robot da cucina la cioccolata fondente.Io preferisco farla con il coltello ,mi piacciono i pezzi grossi che poi si sentono bene in bocca,cospargetela sopra in modo abbastanza regolare e infornate in forno caldo a 180° per circa 30/35 minuti tagliata a pezzi
