La domenica mi dedico di piu’ ala cucina ,mi piace preparare qualcosa di diverso che durante la settimana non posso per mancanza di temo .La mia mamma mi racconta al telefono cio’ che lei a volte prepara per mio fratello e i figli ,lei è una bravissima cuoca e mi da’ spesso belle idee sui dolci e altro .Un giorno mi racconta di questo piatto che io avevo letto da qualche parte ma mai preparato e mi stuzzica molto .Penso ,si dai lo provo vediamo se piacera’ ….piacera’? Spazzolato in un nano secondo e siamo in 5 ,per poco non mangiavo nemmeno la mia porzione …una fettina giusta .Questo rotolo è facile e veloce da fare ,lo si puo’ preparare il giorno prima cuocerlo e poi tagliarlo e riscaldarlo poco prima di servirlo ,Vedrete piacera’ a voi come è piaciuto a noi.

14 fette Speck

10 fette Scamorza affumicata

Sistemate un foglio di carta forno su un piano da lavoro ,sopra ci sistemate le fette di pancetta tesa sovrapponendole un po’ per non lasciare spazi ,posizionatele una sotto l’altra. Sopra ci adagiate le fette di petto di pollo,sovrapponetele giusto un pochino in modo che non ci saranno spazi. Ora appoggiamo prima lo speck e poi la scamorza- Iniziamo ad arrotolare prendendo la carta forno e la pancetta tesa esternamente al pollo,arrotoliamo ben stretto in modo che non fuoriesca nulla in cottura .Risistemate bene la pancetta tesa ,arrotolate la carta forno a mo’ di caramella e adagiatela in una teglia .Cuocete in forno caldo a 180/200 per 30 min circa poi aprite la carta forno e fate rosolare un po’ la pancetta.Fate intiepidire e poi tagliate a fette spesse 1 dito ,servirte il vostro rolle’ di pollo farcito con i piselli o con patate a forno
