INGREDIENTI:
- 3 zucchine biologiche del Paniere Bio
- 50 gr di porro biologico
- 1 bicchiere di vino bianco analcolico Princess
- sale qb
- olio extravergine d’oliva
PREPARAZIONE:
- Lavate le zucchine e pelatele fini fini con il pelapatate.
- Tagliate il porro a rondelline.
- Aggiungete un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva e fate soffriggere alcuni minuti la verdura.
- Aggiungere un bicchiere di vino bianco analcolico Princess e lasciare sfumare.
- Salate a vostro piacimento e mescolate spesso.
- Abbassate la fiamma e lasciate cuocere per 15 minuti sempre mescolando per dare un sapore e una cottura uniforme.

PREPARATION:
