Conoscete la pasta di cereali?? Quell’impasto che usa Buddy (il Boss delle torte) per scolpire e modellare grosse decorazioni e topper che realizzate interamente in pasta di zucchero o altro peserebbero ”un quintale”??? Benissimo 😀 Oggi vi propongo la ricetta (semplicissima) per ottenere un composto simile a quello…e che ci permette di risparmiare un po’ di pasta di zucchero e di alleggerire un po’ le nostre torte ^_^

Ingredienti:
40 gr di burro
280 gr di marshmallows
150 gr di riso soffiato croccante (tipo i rice krispies)
Procedimento
1) Pesate e mettete i marshmallows in una ciotola idonea al microonde.
2) Aggiungete il burro a pezzetti.
3) Fate sciogliere gli ingredienti in microonde alla massima potenza, ogni 10 secondi aprite il micro e mescolate bene con una spatola in silicone unta di burro.
4) Continuate fino a quando non risultano completamente sciolti. (se non avete il microonde sciogliete le caramelle ed il burro a bagnomaria).
ATTENZIONE : il composto è ustionante ed appiccicoso, maneggiare con estrema attenzione.
5) Togliete il composto dal microonde e aggiungete il riso soffiato.
6) Mescolate bene con una spatola di silicone unta di burro per amalgamare il riso al composto.
7) Stendete la pasta di cereali in una teglia di alluminio ”usa e getta” foderata di carta da forno cercando di compattare al meglio la pasta. Lasciatela raffreddare per un paio d’ore o comunque fino a quando non risulta più appiccicosa.
8) La pasta di cereali modellabile è pronta per essere tagliata, scolpita o modellata a vostro piacimento.

Vi lascio un esempio di come ho utilizzato io la pasta di cereali.
Ho realizzato il ”pugno di Hulk” per la torta dei super eroi di un bambino ^_^ Se l’avessi fatto tutto in pasta di zucchero avrebbe sfondato la torta! ahahahah…
