ENGLISH VERSION
As tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, a “romantic” recipe is a must….
Ingredients for 2 people (14 “Cupid’s arrows”)
A sausage
1 egg
30 grams Pecorino cheese or Parmesan
50 grams diced bacon
14 toothpicks
Proceedings
For this recipe you need a mold for heart shaped chocolates. I have a silicone one by 14 “hearts”.
Preheat the oven to 170 °
Remove the skin from the sausage and shake it the egg and the cheese.
Fill the mold with the mixture and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the mold from the oven and let it cool.
Meanwhile strung three cubes of bacon for each toothpick, covering one of the edges.
When the mold has cooled, take out the hearts and pick them with the toothpicks already prepared.
Place them in a baking dish and set the oven on grill mode; grill for 10 minutes until the bacon is lightly toasted.
The result is a delicious and nice appetizer, really suitable for Valentine’s Day!
Bravissima!!
